This is a huge farm that raises more than 300 Saanen goats and produces bio products such as cheeses, milk, yogurt, ricotta, pastas, olive oil and other fine products. A tour of this very interesting operation is a must see if you are in the San Giacomo / Frigintini area.  I think that their slogan says it best, "Tradition and technological innovation are the "heart" of our company.
